TERMS and conditions


Welcome to 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY AFFILIATE PROGRAM. To be an authorized affiliate of 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY(a subsidiary of Message Magic Media Inc, Ontario, Canada, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY service as an affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions

  1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
    We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion.
    You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application

  2. Commissions
    A) Affiliate Payments will be made between the 25th and 30/31st of each month, please allow 3 working days for email report and transfer of funds. The amount of time to receive funds varies as per the payment method.

    If this is the first time you have qualified to be paid, you must notify us 72 hrs prior to payout day on https://5dollarfriday.com/support/

    Affiliate Payout methods are:

    -Wise
    -Skrill
    -Bank Deposit (Interac for Canadians)
    -Invoice (Stripe) affiliate will invoice the amount provided by support.
    -We don't use PayPal or issue checks

    B) We will withhold commissions for a refund period of 30 days, so in your https://5dollarfriday.idevaffiliate.com account even though you will be able to see all commissions due but commissions earned only in the past 30 days of payout are eligible to be paid out

    C) Minimum payout is 100 USD

    D) If an affiliate fails to generate at least 100 unique referral clicks during a calendar month, the affiliate account may be classified as inactive or terminated at the Company's sole discretion and without prior notice.

    E) For an Affiliate to receive a commission they are required to complete their affiliate profile on https://5dollarfriday.idevaffiliate.com/ completely.
    Any affiliate partner accounts with incomplete information will not be paid until such information is completed in full.

    F) You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
    Using your own affiliate link to purchase products will result in the termination of your affiliate partner privileges

    G) When an affiliate partner earns an affiliate commission that buyer the affiliate(original affiliate) will also receive lifetime commission for that buyer.
    Any future purchases from that buyer from the 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY program will be credited to original affiliate.

    H) Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
    Any commissions paid on chargebacks or refunds will refunded by affiliate partner immediately.

  3. Inactive Affiliates

    Affiliates are expected to maintain active participation in the Affiliate Program.

    An affiliate may be classified as inactive if the affiliate:

    • Unsubscribes from affiliate program communications or repeatedly fails to respond to important affiliate program notices.
    • Has not logged into the affiliate portal for six consecutive months.
    • Fails to meet the minimum referral activity requirements set forth in this Agreement.
    • Fails to generate meaningful participation in the Affiliate Program for an extended period.
    • Ceases promoting the Company's products or services.
    • Otherwise demonstrates a lack of ongoing engagement with the Affiliate Program.

    Meaningful participation may include generating referral traffic, generating sales, maintaining an active affiliate account, participating in affiliate communications, or otherwise actively promoting the Company's products and services.

    The Company reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate inactive affiliate accounts at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  4. Professional Conduct

    Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner when interacting with the Company, its employees, contractors, customers, vendors, and other affiliates.
    The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately if an affiliate engages in conduct that the Company determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, dishonest, disruptive, or otherwise detrimental to the interests, reputation, operations, personnel, or community of the Company.
    Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to:
    • Repeated rude, hostile, or disrespectful communications with Company staff or representatives.
    • Harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive language.
    • False or misleading statements about the Company, its products, services, staff, customers, or affiliates.
    • Conduct that damages or may reasonably be expected to damage the reputation of the Company.
    • Creating unnecessary disruption to Company operations, support channels, events, webinars, communities, or affiliate activities.


    The Company may investigate any conduct concerns and may suspend, deactivate, or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

    The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct violates this provision, and such determination shall be final.


  5. Termination

    Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

    - Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
    - Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
    - Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
    - Advertising on any site that rewards it members for clicking advertisement.(Traffic Exchanges, Viral Mailers, Safe Lists, Clixsence etc.)
    - Advertising with bot traffic providers.(most cheap banner or text ads are fake traffic)
    - Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
    - Violation of intellectual property rights. 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
    - Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY, however, is acceptable.
    - Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.

    In addition to the foregoing, 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, at the Company's sole discretion and without prior notice.

    Upon termination of an affiliate account for violation of this Agreement, fraud, misconduct, prohibited activities, or any material breach of these Terms, any unpaid commissions may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited at the Company's sole discretion.

    ADDITIONAL PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

    No Impersonation or Brand Confusion:
    You must not create, register, or operate any social media accounts, usernames, pages, groups, or profiles that use the name "5 Dollar Friday" or any similar variations that may cause confusion with our brand.

    No Unauthorized Domains or Websites:
    You are strictly prohibited from registering or operating any websites, domains, or subdomains that use the "5 Dollar Friday" name or any similar names, or that could be mistaken for our official website.

    No Email or Google Accounts:
    You may not create any email addresses, Google accounts, or other online service accounts using our brand name or any confusingly similar names.

    No Misleading Branding:
    You must not create, use, or promote any logos, graphics, or other branding materials that imitate or could be confused with the official 5 Dollar Friday brand.

    Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

  6. Affiliate Links
    You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

    You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in Condition 5.(please submit your ads for approval to our support department)

  7. Coupon and Deal Sites 
    5 DOLLAR FRIDAY occasionally offers coupon to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:

    -Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate.
    -Affiliates may not bid on 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY Coupons, 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY Discounts or other phrases implying coupons are available.
    -Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific savings by clicking on a clearly marked link, button or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must send the visitor to the merchant site.
    You must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. “click here to see coupons and open a window to merchant site” is NOT allowed).
    -Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation, when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.

  8. Liability 
    5 DOLLAR FRIDAY will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).

    We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

  9. Term of the Agreement
    The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.

    The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

  10. Indemnification 
    Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.

  11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Attorney Fees
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Affiliate Program, or the relationship between the parties shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.

  12. Electronic Signatures Effective
    The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Share a Sale and/or 5 DOLLAR FRIDAY application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
