Gmail (Google Mail)

1. Open Gmail and go to your inbox.
2. Find an email from us.
3. Drag it from the Promotions or Spam folder into the Primary tab.
4. Click on our email, then click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
5. Select "Add to Contacts" or "Mark as Important".
   
   

Outlook / Hotmail / Live Mail

1. Open Outlook and find an email from us.
2. Click on the email, then click "Junk" → "Never Block Sender".
3. Add our email to your Safe Senders List under Settings → Junk Email.
   
   

Yahoo Mail

1. Open Yahoo Mail and go to your inbox.
2. Find an email from us and move it to the Inbox if it's in Spam.
3. Click the More (⋮) button and select "Add Sender to Contacts".
   
   

Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

1. Open an email from us.
2. Tap the Sender’s Name at the top.
3. Select "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs".
